All deliverables created under this engagement are work made for hire and become the exclusive property of the Company upon payment.

Confidentiality

The Contractor agrees to keep all Company information confidential, both during and after the engagement.

Termination

Either party may terminate this engagement with Notice Days✕ days' written notice. The Company will pay for all services performed through the termination date.
