Common questions
What counts as a send?
Each time you send a document out for signing counts as one send toward your monthly limit, no matter how many recipients are on it. Resending the same document to a brand-new recipient also counts as one send.
When does my limit reset?
Your send count resets on your billing anniversary each month. Unused sends don't roll over.
What's actually different between the paid plans?
Right now, every paid plan unlocks the same full feature set — they only differ in how many sends per month you get and how many recipients each send can include.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the Billing section in Settings. You keep access until the end of your paid period. No prorated refunds.
What happens if I hit my limit?
You'll see a prompt to upgrade. Existing signed documents stay accessible — you just can't send new ones until you upgrade or the month resets.
